- XGXav GomesAug 23, 20242.0Over the past two months, I've encountered multiple issues with the post office during each of my visits. During my first visit, the QR reader wasn't working. While technical glitches can occur, it was understandable at the time. However, two to three weeks later, the QR reader was still not functioning, which was quite disappointing. On my third visit, a month later, the post office was closed without any explanation, even though it was 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. The store was empty except for one staff member at the tills, and another outside, presumably on a break. When I inquired about when the postal counter would reopen, I was told it would be in about 10 minutes. It was puzzling why the other staff member couldn't process a simple parcel in the meantime. Unfortunately, these repeated issues have led to a lack of confidence in this post office's service. I won't be visiting this location again to avoid further disappointment, but I strongly believe that the level of service needs to be reviewed and improved.
